Author registration

We strongly encourage authors to register to attend the Symposium at the time of abstract submission.

Presenters of accepted submissions must register to attend the Symposium in person and make full payment no later than Monday October 31st. If registration is not completed by this date, the offer for inclusion in the program will be withdrawn.

Visit the Registration page for more info and registration instructions.

Speaker and poster presentations are required to be presented in person. Being able and willing to do so is a prerequisite for acceptance into the scientific program.

The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Symposium.

Selected talks

Invited speakers will be allocated 20 minutes including questions in the session best suited to their abstract theme.

Students and early career researchers will also have the opportunity to be considered for our lightning round talks that will be held on day 1 of the Symposium (Thursday Nov 28th). Speakers in this session will be allocated 5 minutes including questions.

Poster sessions

There will be time dedicated to poster presentation and viewing on both days of the Symposium. The posters will be displayed in the Exhibition space where delegates will gather for morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.

Posters must be printed max. A0 poster size, portrait (840mm wide x 1180mm high).
